Baby Wearing Consultant

Zoe is a qualified babywearing consultant offering 1:1 and group consultation services to families and has a special interest in teaching the use of safe and optimal babywearing to parents.

Through her own experience of wearing her own children from infancy and addiitonal studies undertaken in babywearing education and support, Zoe has gained extensive knowledge in the many benefits of babywearing both for parents and their children.

Zoe strongly advocates babywearing as an ancient and essential parenting tool which enhances parental and infant bonding and attachment. It is a powerful co-regulation tool that can improve parent and infant mental health outcomes. Babywearing supports infant physical and sensorimotor development, as well as giving parents both of their hands back! Babywearing isn’t just for babies in the first year of life. It is a powerful parenting tool for toddlers and children as well.

On her days off Zoe enjoys spending plenty of quality time at home with her husband and their two young children.
