Manognya is a dedicated general paediatrician with a deep commitment to optimising the health and wellbeing of newborns, infants, and children. She holds an MBBS and a Bachelor of Medical Science (Honours) from Monash University, a Diploma of Child Health (DCH), and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). Currently, she is enhancing her expertise through accreditation in Neuroprotective Developmental Care (NDC / Possums programs).

Manognya’s areas of expertise include newborn and infant health, with a particular focus on supporting the mother-baby dyad; promoting optimal care, and fostering secure attachment. Her particular interest is in addressing sleep difficulties, unsettled babies, infant mental health, feeding and growth challenges, as well as allergies and intolerances. She is also experienced in managing common childhood conditions such as constipation, eczema, and asthma.

With an empathetic and gentle approach, Manognya provides holistic care to her young patients and their families. She is dedicated to understanding the individual needs of each child and creating a supportive and nurturing environment for them to thrive.

As a mother herself to a one-year-old daughter, and with a son on his way, Manognya brings a personal understanding of the incredible joys and challenges of parenthood to her practice, further enhancing her connection with families. She is committed to helping children and parents navigate their unique journeys with compassion and a collaborative spirit.
